MY BACKGROUND  

I’m a recipe developer and cooking instructor who has taught over 10,000 students on cooking international cuisines.

As a corporate executive turned entrepreneur, I left my corporate position in 2010 to pursue my passion for food, wine, and entertaining and owned a private event venue and winery for 10 years. 

I currently teach in-person and virtual cooking classes, food and wine pairing classes, and culinary team building challenges for companies through my business Culinary Adventures with MJ.

I live in Southern California, and nothing make me happier than cooking and testing recipes with my granddaughter.
