Curry Tteokbokki

by MJ

If you love tteokbokki and curry, here’s an easy recipe!   Curry tteokbokki is great for kids or for those who prefer a non spicy version.

I added fish cakes but you can omit it for a vegetarian option or sauté sliced meat first in oil before adding the remaining ingredients. I used Ottogi curry mix as that’s my favorite curry brand but feel free to use any curry mix or block, adjusting the amount based on preference.
